Lamark Billingslea, aged 39, was killed on January 1, 2012, in Detroit, Michigan. Billingslea was the manager of HR's Lounge, a nightclub on Detroit's northeast side. On the night of his death, Lamark was attempting to break up an altercation between patrons when he was shot in the neck by an unidentified individual. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m., and Lamark succumbed to his injuries shortly after being taken to a local hospital.
