Dorothy Harden Cowan, an 86-year-old white female, passed away on August 4, 2011, at her home in Windsor, North Carolina. Born on April 25, 1925, in Bertie County, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Harden. Dorothy was married to Frank Cowan, 87, and the couple had been residents of Windsor for many years.
