Felicia Amanda Clinkscale, a 35-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 4, 2014, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Felicia was shot while sitting inside a vehicle on Columbus Circle in west Charlotte. The incident was reportedly the result of a domestic-related argument. Following the shooting, Felicia's boyfriend drove her to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
