Jovan Lee Morris, a 25-year-old African American male from Elizabeth City, NC, was reported missing on July 6, 2013. His family last saw him on the evening of July 5, 2013, as he walked to his car in the parking lot of the Woodstock II apartment complex in Elizabeth City. His car was later found at the apartment complex with the driver's side door unlocked and the keys in the ignition. Less than a week later, on July 13, 2013, Morris's body was discovered in a ditch on Florida Road in Pasquotank ...
