Jovan Lee Morris, a 25-year-old African American male from Elizabeth City, NC, was reported missing on July 6, 2013. His family last saw him on the evening of July 5, 2013, as he walked to his car in the parking lot of the Woodstock II apartment complex in Elizabeth City.
