Roberto Ramirez, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2018, in Chicago, IL. He was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene in Albany Park. The incident also left another man, aged 22, critically injured after being shot in the face. The surviving victim was transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center for treatment.
