Freddie Locks, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 24, 2014, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred at a residence on Chesapeake Road, where Locks had gone following a domestic dispute. According to reports, Locks had been involved in an altercation with a woman at the residence. During the confrontation, Harold Allen, a 26-year-old male, intervened and shot Locks, resulting in his death.
