Sergeant Kevin Dewayne Moseby, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 18, 2012, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Moseby, a soldier in the 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds at an off-post residence. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., in the 700 block of Duck Court.
