Alfredo D. Jobel, a 28-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on February 1, 2014, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. near his residence on Liberty Street, shortly after he had returned from a car wash on Avondale Drive.
