Timothy Lloyd Baylor III, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 23, 2014, in Williamston, North Carolina. The incident occurred on the 200 block of Martin Street, where police found Baylor suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at Martin General Hospital shortly after.
