In the summer of 2015, a young man's life was tragically cut short in north St. Louis. Jehoward Primus Jr., a 21-year-old male, was shot in the stomach on the afternoon of June 26th. The incident occurred in the 5100 block of Palm Street. Emergency services transported Primus to a local hospital, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
