Amanda Christine Hill, a 16-year-old girl from Albemarle, NC, tragically lost her life on July 2, 2014. The incident was reported as an apparent murder-suicide. Amanda was found shot and killed, and Kristapher Michael Schmidt, a 26-year-old man, died from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
