Elvin Torres-Albert, a 43-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on June 20, 2016, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. in the 7600 block of West Netherland Drive. According to reports, Torres-Albert was found near the front door of the residence, having been shot multiple times. He was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
