She grew up in Southern Pines, NC, where she attended Pinecrest High School and Sandhills Community College. Helen was known for her caring spirit and her ability to put the needs of others before her own. Her friends and family will miss her infectious laugh and willingness to truly listen to those she was close to.
Helen is survived by her son, Eric Santilli, of Cary, who will forever cherish her loving nature and the values she instilled in him.
