Timothy Dale Arrington, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 30, 2017, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 9 PM at 428 St. Paul St. Arrington was in a vehicle with two others in the driveway of the residence when another vehicle pulled up. The occupant of the second vehicle fired shots at Arrington as he exited his vehicle. Arrington was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two individuals in the vehicle were unharmed.
