Albert Fitzbugh Haskins Jr., a 53-year-old man, was tragically killed on December 11, 2017, at The Hook sweepstakes on Kernersville Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Upon arrival at the business, responding officers found Haskins, who was of African American descent, dead inside the establishment.
