Erik Bailey, a 34-year-old male from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was tragically killed on August 2, 2022, during a fight at Clarios Manufacturing in Kernersville. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:15 PM, at the manufacturing facility located on Powering Progress Drive. According to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, Bailey was involved in an altercation with another employee, Diarus Mark Raynor, a 29-year-old male from Winston-Salem.
