Janea Anjanea Denny, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on January 5, 2018, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred outside a home on Alexandria Road, where officers found her with multiple gunshot wounds. A neighbor had called the police after hearing the gunshots. The motive for the shooting remains unclear.
