William Jacobs, a 44-year-old man from Charlotte, NC, was tragically shot and killed on April 15, 2018. The incident occurred in an apartment on Timberbrook Drive, where Jacobs was present with several other individuals. Upon arrival, the police found Jacobs suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
