Reubin Irvin, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on July 30, 2018, in Wilmington, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Harnett Street, where Irvin was shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of the Wilmington Police Department, no arrests have been made in connection with his murder.
