Tobious Devone Cox, a 29-year-old male from Rocky Mount, NC, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2019. He was driving down W. Thomas Street when he was shot multiple times, causing him to crash his car. Despite efforts by the Rocky Mount Police Department to save him, Cox succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
