Luis Felipe Ramirez-Flores, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on March 10, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred early in the morning at an apartment in the Hidden Valley neighborhood. According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department , officers responded to a domestic violence call at around 6:36 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Ramirez-Flores suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of MEDIC, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
