Ray Marese Garlins, a 41-year-old male, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was fatally shot outside a residence on Finchley Drive in east Charlotte around 12:30 a.m. The investigation revealed that Garlins was pronounced dead at the scene due to a gunshot wound.
