On a summer evening in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of 47-year-old Willard A. Brown was tragically cut short. On June 8, 2013, Brown was found shot inside a residence located in the 3500 block of East 8th Street. Officers responded to the scene and discovered him suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services were dispatched, but unfortunately, Brown was pronounced dead at the location.
