Christopher Antonio Wooten, a 37-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2019, in Greensboro, North Carolina. On that fateful day, at approximately 3:58 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 900 block of High Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Wooten lying in the road, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
