On the evening of March 26, 2024, a tragic shooting occurred in Greensboro, North Carolina, resulting in the death of 71-year-old Robert Franklin "Frank" Wright. Wright, a Greensboro native and U.S. Army veteran, was in a parked car on Vance Street with his wife and their toddler grandchild when an assailant opened fire. Wright succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while his wife sustained non-life-threatening injuries and the toddler was critically injured but remained in stable condition. ...
