Donqwavias Davis, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 1, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the University Village apartments, where Davis was shot to death in the pool area. The suspect, Javier Concepcion-Perez, 20, was identified and arrested on May 4, 2019, with the assistance of the US Secret Service. Concepcion-Perez was charged with Firearm by Felon and Murder.
