Kelvin Dunlap Jr., a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kelvin was driving in the Kings Tree neighborhood on Pinyon Pine Lane when he was shot in the chest. The gunshot caused him to lose control of his vehicle, which then crashed into a house on Pinyon Pine Lane. The incident left his family and friends in deep sorrow, as he was a loving father, fiancé, brother, and son.
