LyAysa McKinnon, a 20-year-old African American woman from Laurinburg, NC, tragically lost her life on December 22, 2019. LyAysa was shot and killed in a home on Tartan Road. She was taken to Scotland Memorial Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest.
