Jennifer "Jenny" Taylor Locklear, a 43-year-old woman from Laurinburg, NC, tragically passed away on October 29, 2021. Her death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of her mother, 71-year-old Linda Hatcher Taylor. The bodies of both women were discovered in their home on South Pine Street. Jennifer Locklear had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and her mother, Linda Taylor, was also pronounced dead at the scene due to gunshot injuries.
