Ulises Baltazar Cruz, a 39-year-old man from Winston-Salem, NC, was tragically found dead inside his home on Frank Street on January 31, 2020. The preliminary investigation indicated that Cruz sustained injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. The Winston-Salem Police Department identified Cruz as the victim and arrested two individuals, Alexander Alvarez Nieto, 24, and Jeremy Aguilar, 20, in connection with the crime. Both suspects were charged with general murder and armed robbery.
