Khalil was born on March 10, 2004, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and was a resident of Monroe at the time of his passing. He was a student at Sun Valley High School and was known for his bright and creative personality. Khalil's untimely death has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.
