Domingo Cook, a 49-year-old man from Fayetteville, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 27, 2020. The incident occurred at the Day and Nite Food Mart on Murchison Road around 12:15 a.m. Cook was shot and subsequently succumbed to his injuries at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The Fayetteville Police Department launched an investigation into the shooting, which led to the identification of Andre Roye, a 26-year-old man, as a suspect. Roye was charged with voluntary manslaug ...
