Luis Espinoza, 35, was fatally shot on September 23, 2012, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at 1200 Fairbanks Street, where officers from the Houston Police Department found Espinoza with multiple gunshot wounds inside the driver's seat of his Jeep Cherokee. After being shot, his vehicle crashed into a pole at 5600 Cochran Street. Houston Fire Department paramedics rushed Espinoza to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
