Roscoe Wright, a 57-year-old man from Charlotte, NC, was tragically shot and killed on July 9, 2020. The incident occurred near Independence Blvd, at an apartment complex on Coliseum Drive. Wright was pronounced dead at the scene, while another victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
