Allen Nugene Smith, a 52-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred late Saturday night when gunfire erupted at a gas station near the intersection of East W.T. Harris Boulevard and Milton Road.
