Daryl Jamichael Price, a 29-year-old African American male, was reported missing from the Ellenboro area on November 20, 2020. The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office initiated a homicide investigation after receiving a tip that Delarrio Laquone Goode had shot Price. The investigation revealed that Goode planned to rob Price during a drug deal. During the robbery, Goode shot Price, who died from the gunshot wound.
