Oshea Tyquan Lee, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2021, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when deputies from the Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a gunshot victim in the 300 block of Travis Drive.
