Joshua Adam Dibuono, a 19-year-old male, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2018, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The incident occurred while Joshua was driving on U.S. Route 17 with two passengers. The group was en route to pick up rims for Joshua's car, which he had arranged to purchase through Craigslist.
