Kashon Saunders, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2021, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Saunders was found with a gunshot wound at the Woodstock Apartments on Walker Avenue. Despite receiving medical assistance on-site and being transported to Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
