Andrew Montgomery, a 23-year-old male from Laurinburg, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Laurinburg police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle on the US 74 off-ramp at US 401. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals inside the vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
