Thomas Liebel, a 33-year-old male from Forest City, North Carolina, was found deceased on July 27, 2021, as a result of a gunshot wound. The incident occurred at 150 Candy Turf Lane, where deputies from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting report.
