Kenneth Edward Scott Jr., a 36-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2021, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 3900 block of Haresnipe Court near Leesville Road at around 10 a.m. Kenneth was shot and later succumbed to his injuries. The area where the shooting took place is near the Pickwick Village subdivision, across from Capital Oaks Retirement Resort.
