Kevin Lamont Rockemore, a 38-year-old African American male from Winterville, North Carolina, was found dead on August 23, 2022. The incident occurred at the intersection of Joel Drive and Lee Court in Greenville, North Carolina. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Rockemore inside an SUV that had been shot at multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene from apparent gunshot wounds.
