In the winter of 1999, a tragic event unfolded in Bossier City, Louisiana, forever marking the community. On January 12th, three-year-old Miranda Salley, a female, was fatally shot by her father, Charles Salley. The incident, rooted in a domestic dispute, also claimed the life of Charles Salley's 38-year-old ex-girlfriend, Michelle Riley.
