On January 17, 2020, Sheniquel Sade Oneal, a 29-year-old African American woman, was found shot to death in her vehicle after it crashed on I-220 near Airline Drive in Bossier City, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and first responders discovered her unresponsive behind the wheel of her gold-colored SUV.
