Cynthia Walker, a 65-year-old woman from Bossier City, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on October 27, 2021. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Willis-Knighton Hospital, where she was fatally shot multiple times. The events leading up to her death began with a road rage incident.
