On January 12, 1999, Michelle Riley, a 38-year-old woman from Bossier City, Louisiana, was tragically killed in a domestic violence incident. Michelle, who was of Caucasian descent, was shot by her ex-boyfriend, Charles Salley, in the parking lot of Summit Hospital in south Bossier.
