Shandrell Simoneaux, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on January 9, 2019, in her Misty Hollow apartment in Bossier City, Louisiana. The incident also claimed the life of her mother, 40-year-old Maeisha Simoneaux. The two women were found unresponsive after a neighbor called 911.
