In a tragic turn of events that unfolded on a Monday evening, 22-year-old Cheyenne Neal lost her life in a violent encounter in Bossier City, Louisiana. On November 19, 2018, authorities were called to the Mirage Apartments on East Texas Street, where they discovered the bodies of Neal and a man in what was later determined to be a murder-suicide.
