In a quiet Bossier City neighborhood, the lives of two individuals came to a tragic end in what authorities would later describe as a murder-suicide. Fifty-year-old Boulao Sanouvong, an Asian female, was found deceased in a residence on Jolly Perot Road. The grim discovery was made after police were called to the home to investigate.
Events began to unfold when officers from the Bossier City Police Department were dispatched to the residence. Inside, they found Ms.
Sanouvong, who had sustained fatal injuries. Also present at the scene was fifty-six-year-old Phouthasak Inthilatvongsy, who was found with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The initial investigation at the scene suggested a violent confrontation had preceded the deaths.
As detectives processed the evidence and the scene, a clearer picture of the tragic event emerged. The investigation led authorities to believe that Inthilatvongsy was the perpetrator in Sanouvong's death, before taking his own life.
